How To Change The Depth Color:
Color depth refers to the number of colors your screen can show. You can increase the number colors your screen shows to improve the quality of images (pictures). A higher color depth show pictures as if you were looking at them in your hands, a lower one and they look washed out. Keep in mind, your monitor and video card ultimately determine which screen resolution you can use. If you should exceed the capability of your monitor, it will show only wavy lines or go blank, so be careful.
Steps:
Rick click in a blank area of your desktop (a menu will appear)
Click Properties (this brings up the Display Properties dialog box)
Click the Settings tab
Click the colors area to select a new color depth
Select the color depth you want to use
Click OK to confirm the change
Note:
Once you click OK, a dialog box will appear that will prompt you to click for
confirmation, it may also want to restart your computer.
This is okay, but make sure you have save any unfinished work.
