How To Create A New Toolbar:

You can create a new toolbar on your desktop or add a toolbar to the taskbar. Toolbars contain buttons to provide easy access to commands. You can create a toolbar from any folder on your computer.

Steps:

Locate the folder containing any items you want to appear on your new toolbar

Place (position) your mouse over the folder

Now drag the folder to the edge of your screen, for the sake of this example let’s drag it to the right.  Like magic the contents of the folder appear in a toolbar on the right.
