CECB Standard Features:

Support 4:3 Center Cut and 16:9 Letterbox, and a Full Frame or Zoomed Output

Display Program and System Information (PSIP), tuned Channel and Program Information

Receive Channels 2 through 69 inclusive

Has a 75 ohm F Type connector for VHF/UHF antenna input

Has a 75 ohm F Type connector for TV output, user selectable for channel 3 or 4 RF output

Has RCA type connectors with Composite Video and Left and Right Audio Outputs

Must conform with NTIA specifications regarding, Decoding, sensitivity, Phase Noise and Channel rejection

Channel Display, including Multicast Channels

Closed Captioning

Emergency Alert System (EAS)

Parental Controls (V-Chip)

Remote Control, with Batteries

Automatic Energy Saving timer

Owners Manual

LED Indicator to display on/off status

A RF cable to connect with the TV
